1. General

These Terms govern your use of the License.US.Course website and services, provided by AB License LLC, Florida, USA. By submitting a request or paying for a service, you accept these Terms.

2. What we do

License.US.Course is the consulting division of License.US. We help professionals choose exam preparation, CE courses, additional training hours and professional development programs. We also provide access to our own materials: a practice platform, professional terminology dictionaries and group sessions. License.US.Course is not a CE provider, an educational institution or a licensing authority.

3. Consultation

The first consultation is free and takes place before payment, by phone or messenger. Your manager reviews your situation, suggests suitable programs and explains the terms: scope, price, timing and access format.

4. Program completion documents

Programs differ, so the completion document (if any) depends on the program:

  1. Third-party provider programs — CE courses, courses required to obtain or renew a license, and others. The certificate, transcript or other document is issued by the program provider. We help you choose a suitable provider and course, register and complete the program on time, but we do not issue these documents and are not responsible for their content.
  2. License.US.Course's own programs — exam preparation, group sessions, practical and introductory online courses, and others. For some of them we may issue a certificate of participation. It confirms only that you took or attended the program. It is not an academic credential, a CE certificate, proof of qualification, or a basis for obtaining, renewing or transferring a license.

Whether a document is issued for a specific program, who issues it and in what form is stated in the program description or explained by your manager before payment. Whether hours, courses and documents are accepted is decided by the state board or other authority. State requirements differ and may change, so we do not guarantee that any document will be accepted.

5. Access to materials

Your manager opens access after payment. The scope, duration and format of access are agreed individually with your manager before payment and confirmed in writing or on the invoice. Access is personal: login details may not be shared. If this rule is broken, we may suspend access without a refund.

6. Intellectual property

The materials on the website, platform, dictionaries and sessions belong to AB License LLC or are used under license. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, record, publish, sell or share them without our written permission.

7. Payment

Prices are in US dollars on the website or on the invoice from your manager. Payment is made through a payment provider or by invoice. Third-party program fees, exam fees and government fees are not included in our price unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Refunds

  • Within 72 hours of payment, if access has not been opened and work has not started, you may request a refund of 70% of the amount paid. The remaining 30% covers the individual consultation, program selection and payment processing fees.
  • After access to materials, the platform or a dictionary has been opened, or after sessions have started, payments are non-refundable.
  • Amounts already paid to a third-party provider, exam service or government authority are refunded under that party's rules.
  • Exam results or state board decisions are not grounds for a refund.
  • Send refund requests to [email protected]. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

9. No guarantees

We do not guarantee passing an exam, obtaining or renewing a license, acceptance of hours or documents, or government processing times. These depend on your preparation and on decisions by third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages, actions of third-party providers or authorities, or failures of third-party services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation; otherwise, disputes will be heard in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; for services already paid, the version in effect on the payment date applies. AB License LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA · [email protected] · +1 (773) 872-3088
