Payments and Refunds
This page repeats sections 3, 5, 7 and 8 of our Terms of Use. If the texts differ, the Terms of Use prevail.
1. Consultation before payment
The first consultation is free and takes place before payment, by phone or messenger. Your manager explains the scope, price, timing and access format before you pay.
2. Payment
Prices are in US dollars on the website or on the invoice from your manager. Payment is made through a payment provider or by invoice. Third-party program fees, exam fees and government fees are not included in our price unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Access
Your manager opens access after payment. The scope, duration and format of access are agreed individually with your manager before payment and confirmed in writing or on the invoice.
4. Refunds
- Within 72 hours of payment, if access has not been opened and work has not started, you may request a refund of 70% of the amount paid. The remaining 30% covers the individual consultation, program selection and payment processing fees.
- After access to materials, the platform or a dictionary has been opened, or after sessions have started, payments are non-refundable.
- Amounts already paid to a third-party provider, exam service or government authority are refunded under that party's rules.
- Exam results or state board decisions are not grounds for a refund.
- Send refund requests to [email protected]. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
