1. Who we are
The License.US.Course website and services are provided by AB License LLC ("we", "us"). License.US.Course is the consulting division of License.US. This Policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide in forms and messages: name, phone number, email, state, profession, preferred contact method, messenger or social media handle, and your question.
- Information needed to deliver the service: the program you choose, your preparation status, and details needed to register you with a third-party program provider (only if you ask us to help with registration).
- Payment information: amount, date and payment status. Card numbers are processed by the payment provider; we do not store them.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not send ID numbers, Social Security numbers or card details through website forms. If documents are needed for a registration, your manager will tell you a secure way to share them.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your request and provide a free consultation.
- To select a program, process payment, and open access to materials and the platform.
- To help you register for a third-party provider's program — only at your request.
- To send service messages: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes.
- To send news and offers from License.US and License.US.Course — only with your consent.
- To improve the website, protect it from spam and abuse, and comply with the law.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:
- with service providers that support our website, email, payments, analytics and learning-materials platform;
- with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel described in Section 5. Meta does not receive the contents of the forms you complete;
- with a third-party program provider — if you ask us to help with registration;
- with License.US (AB License LLC) — if you contact us about a license;
- with government authorities — only when required by law.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies to make the website work, analytics to understand how it is used, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the website. The Meta Pixel records the pages you view and whether a form was submitted, together with your IP address, browser and device information, and Meta cookie identifiers. Under the laws of some states this may be considered "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, by adjusting your ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram, or by writing to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Share My Personal Information". Some website features may not work if cookies are disabled.
6. Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, keep records and meet legal requirements. Only staff and service providers who need it for their work have access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing messages. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version and its effective date are always on this page.
